We offer affordable fees, accept dental insurance, and have in-house plans to help you save big on your care. We also never begin treatment without going over your expected out-of-pockets costs. Accepted Insurances

At Ardsley Family Dental, we are in-network with most major PPO insurance providers. Our team is highly experienced in navigating insurance plans — we’ll file and track your claims, verify your benefits, and provide an accurate estimate of your treatment cost. Please bring your insurance card or updated information to each appointment to help us keep your patient file current.

We are in-network with the following providers (and many others):

  • United Concordia
  • Principal
  • UnitedHealthcare
  • Guardian

We are currently out-of-network with Aetna, MetLife, and Delta Dental (Delta is out-of-network for adults only).However, if your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you can absolutely continue receiving care with us — and we are happy to help you maximize those benefits.Not sure what your plan covers? Scheduling, Cancellations & More

Appointment Policies

Valuable time is reserved specifically for your dental appointment. When an appointment is missed or cancelled without proper notice, that time cannot be offered to another patient in need of care. Because we strive to stay on schedule and respect every patient’s time, we kindly ask that all patients arrive promptly and honor their reserved appointments.

To support this, our appointment policies are as follows:

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our office at least 48 hours in advance. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • A cancellation fee may be charged if an appointment is missed, cancelled, or rescheduled without the required 48-hour notice.

Broken or Missed Appointments:
If two (2) appointments are missed or cancelled without 48 hours’ notice, our office reserves the right to limit or discontinue the scheduling of future appointments.

Reservation Fee:
To secure your appointment time, we require a $50 refundable reservation fee. This fee is fully refunded or can be applied toward your treatment. If the appointment is missed, cancelled, or rescheduled without 48 hours’ notice, the fee becomes non-refundable.

Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations may arise. In cases of illness or genuine emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of our team based on individual circumstances.

Ardsley Family Dental believes our family's dental experience should be as warm and inviting as possible so that you will keep coming back for regular visits. Our general and pediatric dentistry services are designed to meet and exceed the needs of patients of all ages.

We are open from 9:30am to 6:00pm from Monday to Thursday and till 4:00pm from Friday - Sunday. That means you can fit in your exam, cleaning, or other treatment, or other treatment before or after your work or school day. Whatever works for you!
